Top-tier experience! The rooms were decent for the price, given the fact that I was staying at the last moment booking. The staff was really chill and friendly, Kabir was diligent and sincere with how far he can help me out at the given moment. Really appreciated all the effort, the bar staff was professional too, really fun to talk to. Almost took away the stress from a 3 straight conference and meetings. If the prices are to be lowered in the near future, I’ll be sure to come back. Thank you guys!

· The hotel has a club on the top floor. The music is loud until about 4 am. The fire alarm went off at 3:00 AM and then again at 4:00 AM the front desk said that the crowd from the club set off the fire alarm! We could hear banging sounds resembling gun shots(apparently people from the club were using the stairways) coming from all around the room! The cleaning crew picked up the towels that we left on the floor and neatly folded and put them back in the racks as new towels. Thank god my wife had left cosmetic stains on the towels! Otherwise we would have never known that the towels were from the floor of our room. When we confronted the front desk attendant, he told us that, the maid did so because the laundry had not arrived when they cleaned our room! Definitely we’ll never comeback to this hotel!

We stayed for a week in this Hotel. We have found Bed Bugs under the bed and inside of the wardrobe. The rooms was really dirty. They have never changed our towels in seven days and never cleaned the room ( trash, change blanket etc ), neither with the sign outside “ clean room “. There is no privacy for the restroom, everything is in glass transparent without separation wall between the other space of the bedroom. Pick others

While the stay the hotel is relatively nice and reasonably priced unfortunately I’ve had the displeasure in the dealing with the incredibly unhelpful front desk person Santiago in recovering the $100 deposit that I had to pay alongside the cost of the room. I called today at 12:56p and was given a hard time after giving my full name and told he couldn’t search for me in the system without knowing the date of my stay. So then he placed me on hold for almost 6 whole minutes. In the mean time I was able to get my bank app to stop glitching and figured out I stayed on November 4th Saturday. I hung up and called back at 1:05p and although upset glossed over the fact he just placed me on hold and was finally able to provide the date. Santiago was able to confirm my room number and told me they had payed me back the 100 dollars on November 6. Unfortunately I did not see a transaction from the hotel on this date and when I asked him about it he simply told me to speak with my bank. Then he abruptly hung up on me. Now I was upset. When I called back at 1:08p, I immediately asked to speak with the manager but the front desk person Santiago stated the manager was not in today. Which seems like a lie and magically had no idea when the manager would be in or wasn’t aware of their schedule. I then took down his name after some back and forth. So just be mindful when dealing with these people and the deposit. And accept the fact you may be paying an additional $100 on top of the cost of stay. Would not recommend this place

This is an absolute joke that this is a 3 star hotel, it not even rated 1 star, in my opinion. This is by far the absolute worst place I have ever stayed and would have got a negative star if there was an option for one. I booked it because of the close location to LGA and I was only going to be there for about 6 hours until my next flight. First, the Lobby was very dark and outdated. I was given a room on the 7th floor and was hit with a strong marijuana smell in the elevator, it was worst on the floor. The room was extremely old and outdated, the wood floor was rotting, the furniture chipped and the room also had a strong smell of marijuana. I found it very hilarious that they make you sign a smoking waiver at the front desk. I asked to change room, which they did. This room was a little better because I think this was their “deluxe version”, but the bathroom was dirty, especially the shower which had mold in the grout, the furniture had chipped all over and the deadbolt on the door did not work, burn mark on the sofa, etc… I almost call the booking company to switch me to another hotel, I was just too tired after coming off a 24 hour flight and just needed a couple of hour sleep until I catch my next flight home. Please do not be fooled by the pictures, those must have been taken when the hotel was just opened, how many years ago. The only positive is this hotel was right next to a police precinct
