Hotel was reasonably priced, but the beds are hard as rocks and the pillows are hard as well. It’s hot in the room and the AC doesn’t work, so we have a window open ( in January!). Customer service was nice. Parking down the street a bit (didn’t know it at first and had to drive through horrendous traffic to circle back around.) bathrooms are nice.

The following lists are in no particular order. Pros: - cheap - near a subway entrance - in Queens - good customer service (for the limited interactions I had, anyway) - non-smoking Cons: - very little noise insulation - satellite TV (no streaming options available) - disappointing breakfast - no hand soap - no lotion (I don't know if this is reasonable, sorry) - rough sheets - very squishy pillows (and only two) I understand a number of these cons are simply lacking due to the general quality and price point of the hotel, but they're amenities I'm used to nonetheless. Take them with a grain of salt if you must. I still rested well enough (until the sirens and honking woke me) and enjoyed my two-night stay. I will likely choose this hotel again for its simplicity and convenient location.

Rooms, linens were super clean. Hotel is dated, but everything functional and in a good state of not needing repair. Area was quiet. Staff were personable, professional and helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel menu... appreciated the fresh fruit, hot oatmeal and boiled eggs. The general area felt safe. Public transportation is convenient for JFK & La Guardia, and getting to Times Square. Great value.

Stayed in both the family suite (has two queen beds and a futon) and family studio (2 queen beds), rooms are spacious with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. We were traveling with 3 adults and 2 kids under 5. Breakfast had different options but it does get pretty crowded. There is street parking right outside and a parking lot across the street on College point blvd. ($24 for the day or $5 for 3 hours). Located in a good spot, a lot of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance and there's a shopping center behind the hotel.

I was directed here from American Airlines because of delays and cancellations. If you enjoy places like Antarctica, then this is NOT the place for you. The AC does NOT work, so you’ll have to open thou window while you sleep! I woke up DRENCHED in sweat because of the heat! They have complimentary breakfast, but I did not get to eat it because I had to wake up at 2 in the morning! THANKS, AMERICAN AIRLINES! Also, If you have your door closed and talk, people will still be able to hear you from thou hallway. Otherwise, it was a decent settlement!
