What a beautiful and grand hotel! Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving and loved it. The rooms were gorgeous, very spacious and had the breathtaking views. It’s in a great location and the staff was polite and helpful. The pool and workout facilities were nice and the spa treatment was amazing. It was our favorite stop on our European vacation.

We have only just checked in but the sweet woman at the front desk required a positive review. Her name was Beverly & she has been phenomenal & very accommodating. I wish every concierge was as lovely as she was/is. She gave us the option of checking in early with our original room accommodations or because we booked with a platinum service we could wait a few hours for a lake view. We chose to wait & upon arrival back at the hotel our room wasn’t ready yet so she gave us 2 drink vouchers while we waited for our room. Bravo Beverly!

Such an amazing property and all teams made our stay! The room got was ultra lake view, spacious and well cleaned. We thank everyone for taking care of us and hosting us in such warm atmosphere.
