The hotel decoration was like the 90s and the view of the lake was amazing. The only improvement required was the shower. Water pressure was not there.

Has a nice old world charm to it, beautiful views of the lake, conveniently located, good service and nice breakfast spread but like all things Swiss, very expensive.

Beautiful hotel with lovely views of the lake. Service is excellent, and the friendly staff speak English and French. The rooms are comfortable and afford either a lake view or city view. The city view rooms can get noisy because the hotel is close to the train tracks. Food is good with a relatively good range. Restaurant is mid range. Conference facilities available. WiFi is available and quite fast.

Wow !!! Upgraded straight away and our room with a balcony and lakeside view was amazing! Lovely friendly staff on reception and was all very polite and helpful . We were taken to our rooms and showed that amazing view straight away . Wow !!! Bedroom was large , very clean and had all we needed . A comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Little gestures of shampoo and body wash was very welcomed . Breakfast was a buffet type . Great choice of hot and cold . Plenty to choose from and very well stocked up . We were greeted by waiting staff and shown to our table . Tea and coffee on the table as soon as we returned from choosing our breakfast. Again very clean restaurant. Very happy with the choices which the hot was changed daily . Rooms were cleaned daily and left immaculately clean . Thank you . The most beautiful view from a hotel I have ever experienced. Gardens were kept lovely and we enjoyed sitting in it and sunbathing on our last day . Thank you so much to ALL of the staff here at this hotel. Our stay was an excellent experience and we can not wait to return .
