This is a nice hotel and well located in the city of Montreux on the water front. I especially recommend booking the Panoramic room (one per floor) which gives stunning views of the lake with the Swiss ALPS as a back drop. The staff have been super helpful and made us feel right at home. Some other benefits include free coffee machine down in the lobby and business amenities. The only thing I note is like all places in Switzerland dogs are allowed in the public areas including the rooms. When I enquired about my concerns about room cleanliness after pets have stayed in the room I did not get a good answer. It appears with this hotel only the normal cleaning is done. Most other countries ban dogs in hotels because of the following "Unattended pets can do a lot of damage, from peeing on carpets to chewing up furnishings. Pet hair is hard to clean up, and hotels don't have the time to deep clean every room. Many guests have allergies, and hotels prefer to accommodate them rather than turn away guests because of pet hair allergies". In Switzerland dogs are supposed to be kept on leashes in Public areas but this rule does not seem to been enforced in this hotel. For example today two large dogs allowed to move around in the public lounge area not on leash and in one instance I could not even pass with one large dog blocking the passage. This is why I could not give any higher rating.

Had a great stay at the Hotel, the view from the room was stunning, with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was just right. Enjoyed the full breakfast and had a great dinner in the restaurant. Also had the chance to use the gym and sauna for my morning workout. Loved it, I will come back again on my next trip for sure :)

Very rarely I am writing after a stay to the hotel manager as I usually clarify everything during my stay. The exception this time is due to a very nice and pleasant experience at your hotel, especially due to outstanding service and extreme (there is no better word) kindness of your staff. I especially would like to mention César at the reception who did exceed any (high) expectation we had. A very warm and welcoming person, taking care of everything and always helpful - even under pressure he had time for a smile; this is what we observed not only with us but also with other guests, sometime apparently not patient or stressed. Outstanding. The location is perfect for a visit to the Christmas market, the breakfast very good; the panorama (lake and mountain) outstanding; just the bathroom would need some reformation.

Excellent cozy hotel with a warm welcome. Attentive staff. A room with an amazing view of the lake. The bed linen is new, the pillows are comfortable. There is a coffee machine and a safe in the room. Free juice and water in the mini fridge. Robes and slippers are available in the room. Bathroom with bathtub and toiletries. The TV is small and I only found one English channel. Parking fee CHF 25. The hotel has a fitness room, sauna and hammam. The restaurant was not open during our stay at the hotel. But breakfast could be ordered to your room. Thank you. I recommend🥰

I did not like it from the beginning of my entry into them because I came from a long trip, then a plane and then a car. When I arrived, I asked about the parking lots, and the lady informed me that they were on the side (and she pointed with her hand). I went by car and the atmosphere was crowded because of the (Christmas market) and the roads were not clear, especially for a tourist, this time. His first. On the other hand, my reservation was for two people, and we found only one bottle of water and one slipper. The reception was contacted and we are still waiting :). Also, our reservation was with a view of the lake, but unfortunately the view was only of a group of trees. Why all this at higher prices than similar hotels? We spent two nights and then left for a nearby hotel and it was very nice from receiving my car until I left them
