Good hotel and great breakfast. Pros: Fast internet in lobby Breakfast is good Neighborhood is good Clean sheets and bathroom Lobby is spacious and breakfast area Cons: 1. Lots of smokers in lobby area, smell is annoying 2. No internet in room 3. Rooms are really small but does the job Most hotels in this price range are like this, so quite descent.

Really bad experience in this hotel with my friend... The room are not clean, dust and mold in the bathroom... The towels were dirty with black marks. You can't sleep peacefully as long as the rooms are poorly soundproofed. You hear everything day and night ! People talking, doors slamming... The breakfast is awful (lot of fatty dishes with sauce (even in the vegetables!), no flavor, no fruits (except one bunch of graphes...) The staff looks on you and their english is very poor. Hard to be understood. It's true that it's not expensive, but you pay a high price for it... Trust me, check another hotel to visit this beautiful city

Hello, my all over experience was good of course there will be some mistakes but you will find the staff very helpful and kind. I forgot my power bank in my room they contacted me and give it back to me they were very kind. The location is perfect close to everything and has multiple bus stations and restaurants which are very good, also it is close to the sea. The breakfast is good. I almost forgot to talk about the room service the rooms are very clean. And the AC is perfect. The hotel at all is quite.

I booked in this hotel for a week. I will talk about my experience in the hotel extensively. I would start with the good things. The location of the hotel is amazing. You can reach istanbul public transport easily from there. The rooms are a bit small. However, most rooms on the European side of Istanbul are similar to this. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. There was a good variation of food. You can expect daily salads, watermelon, jam, chocolate cream, honey, and eggs. (It's not the best breakfast, but it's good enough to start your day) Now, talking about the bad things and why i rated the hotel with 2 stars only. I booked a room for 7 days with my friend. We had no WIFI signal in the room. I raised a complaint multiple times more than 4 times, but they kept ignoring me. It was very disappointing. Also, the fridge of the room was not working. I asked them to fix it for me. And again, no one came.
