I have stayed thus lovely hotel with my girlfriend. Staff were extremely helpful and gave us a lot information about area. Location of the hotel is pretty close to everywhere. Walking distance to main attractions. Breakfast was fabulous, and they provide a lot variety every morning. Room was very clean and cozy. Highly recommend to everyone.

The best hotel there is. They upgraded our room and gave us the treatment of kings! They made sure we got a good price for a taxi and in general directed us to worthwhile tourist areas. You're The Best.

It was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. Came to Istanbul with my family to run the Marathon on November 5, 2023 with my son, I experienced an accommodation room with a hole in the door wall, dirty bedding, rusty furniture, but the strong, suffocating chemical smell was unbearable.. .What did the hotel staff have to say? : - first of all, he took care to charge me the full amount for the 6-night stay, then he told me that it is possible in 2 days to offer me something else, then that he will return my money if I don't like it, but it was just a trick because later they shrugged their shoulders and said that if I had paid in cash they might have given it back to me, but that's all they can do, "Booking's rule". So I had to pay at another hotel for another stay for 6 nights (I checked out that very night) and Booking doesn't seem to think they need to step in to fix the situation.

Very welcoming an friendly. Always willing to help, which is a lifesaver for someone who doesn't speak Turkish. Heart of the old district, within walking distance of many sights.

This is awful hotel .stay away from this hotel . They overbooked my reserved rooms . stuff is horrible. Location is awful. They refused to refund! These photos are fake.
