Do not trust the other reviews of this hotel. My room, infested with ants, forced me to request a cancellation, but the manager refused a refund. This place is for you if you like hotels with: - a ridiculously tiny and creepy pool, - a cramped entrance, - bizarre "design" - no elevator I left the hotel when the staff came into my room to spray it with insecticide. Be warned: if you choose this hotel, expect the manager to be remorseless and adopt a ruthless approach to any issues that arise. The standard professional ethics found in most reputable hotels are absent at Feel Nimman Boutique. In fact, I struggle to find any similarities between this establishment and a professionally managed hotel. I strongly recommend considering hotels like Hi Chiangmai, Bed Nimman, or Baan Sang Singh. I've stayed at all three and they excel in cleanliness and comfort. They are also slightly more affordable. Meanwhile, Agoda, the booking platform through which I reserved the stay at Feel Nimman, acknowledged the deplorable situation and compensated me with an appropriate voucher. As I understand it, the voucher's value equates to their commission on the booking. Currently, I am still fighting for a refund from the hotel, although it appears that issuing refunds for mishandled customers is not part of their policy.

room is clean, area nearby convenient. staff is good and helpful. noisy at night before 12am coz a bar is just opposite to my double bed room. no lift for 3 floors house. reply to the owner: I have done the reading when I book the room but doesn't mean I can't give you little star. this boutique is what i describe in the comment, ppl can read what it would be like in here. 2 stars minus as you are impolite in the reply below. if you can't accept bad comment, close the place, don't ever do the service business again. you are not have heart to make the place better. you arrange all double bed room towards the bar, u can simply arrange half of it towards the inside area and let the customer have chance to choose or change room if really can't tolerate the noise.^ moreover, there are ants on the desk, mosquito and gecko in the room
