FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort

This hotel was amazing! Such a fun and classy vibe. It has everything! Great restaurants, a penthouse, spa…rooms with an amazing view, and top notch service. 100% when I return to Zurich, I will be coming back!

Our stay at Hotel Five Zurich was a major disappointment. Not only was the room not cleaned upon our return in the afternoon, but the mini-bar was surprisingly empty upon our arrival, not even containing a bottle of water to quench our thirst. Despite our calls to reception, the issues persisted, and our room remained neglected for three days. Furthermore, the wooden slat on the headboard was broken, and although we reported the issue to reception the day before, no corrective action has been taken so far. This means we had to sleep for three days in the same sheets, adding to our discomfort. The promise from reception to address the issues the next day turned out to be a futile hope, and the situation only worsened. Currently, the reception still seems to be seeking a solution. As frequent guests, this experience is entirely unacceptable in a five-star establishment. We sincerely hope that these problems will be resolved promptly to restore the hotel's reputation and ensure a pleasant stay for future A catastrophic and disappointing experience, with both the service and management being disastrous. After 3 hours of waiting, the solution was to change our room. I am thoroughly disappointed, and neither I nor my friends will return here. Such a beautiful hotel poorly managed and left to its own devices—might as well sell it.. Beyond the delays and room change, the overall atmosphere was tainted by incompetence. The staff's lack of concern and the overall neglect in maintaining the hotel's standards made the experience even more regrettable. It's disheartening to witness such a promising establishment fall victim to mismanagement. Save yourself the disappointment – this place is a far cry from the quality it once promised.. Having to personally haul my own luggage from one room to another adds another layer of disappointment. It seems the lack of assistance and disregard for guest convenience further highlight the hotel's overall decline. Actions like these only reinforce my decision not to return and discourage others from experiencing a similar letdown. Offering breakfast as a solution falls short in addressing the core issues of service and management. It seems like a superficial attempt to compensate for the larger problems you encountered. A gesture like this doesn't adequately make up for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused by their overall poor handling of your stay + the food is not really good for a five star hotel, nothing to have like five Dubai ..
