Decent Room. Quiet. Spacious. As for my room was facing carpark so need to pull curtains. No good view. Weak Shower head water pressure. Room's cleanliness indeed needs improvement. Hotel location is just nice to travel nearby.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, only two towels for a four guest room, no toilet paper and bedsheets were not as clean as expected. Also very noisy, you can hear everything through the door and the window.

I booked a family suite and the room is quite spacious. But the cleanliness of the room need improvement. There are cob webs at the rooms corners, on the rain shower head and on the lighting housing near the main door. There is a nearby pub and can be quite noisy at night. Location is okay as it is a 5 mins ride to KSL Mall. This is a 3-stars hotel, so need to lower your expectations if you intend to stay in it.

It was a horrible experience staying in this hotel. Firstly the water pipe below basin in the washroom kept leaking water. So the ground in the toilet was always wet. Plus there was no slippers provided. So our feet always got wet when we use the washroom. Secondly, we kept some traveling pack of serum/shampoo in the washroom. Some of them went missing after room service. The management said it could be disposed accidentally and offered us promotion for the next stay as compensation for our loss. The most unacceptable thing is that when we approach the hotel to book the room. They completely denied such promise. Such a hypocritical way of treating your customers. If you value credibility in your life, avoid this hotel my friends.

I made the mistake of booking 2 rooms via a popular travel website and instead of booking for the following Sunday, I accidentally booked for the same day of the booking. Immediately after I clicked the payment and saw the wrong date, I contacted the travel website. They called Fives DNP to request to move the booking to following Sunday but were refused. The travel website then advised me to contact the hotel directly, which I did. Explained to hotel staff that I had clicked on the wrong date accidentally, and was informed by staff that they cannot make any changes. After a few attempts to request to try to move the booking dates, the hotel staff on the line says he will try to check internally. They never came back to me and I was charged for the 2 rooms. Am aware that the mistake was mine but feels that it is always good to extend a bit of compassion and goodwill. We were not asking for a cancellation but to help us move the reservation date. Caution: Be aware of the booking dates when doing any bookings. Was checking different rates and decided on Five hotels after comparison, and somehow did not notice that the dates have moved back to same day. Advice: Please always check booking before hitting payment button.
