This is comparable to any Airbnb. The apartment (also known as D'Esplanade), location, amenities are all good and as described. Biggest issue was the slow and always full lifts (elevators) every time. It took us nearly 30 min to get down in the morning.

worse place i ever booked. u have to whatsapp the number given on the booking before check in. they dont answer your calls ! i’ve booked 2 nights and only managed to check in the next day. the place is great, but with worse management ever. traveloka do not care about u. no refund, nothing. stay at ur own risk guys.

Big apartment and very convenient since its connected to a mall. Plenty of food and café around. Good location as it is close to all the attractions. However the pool was dirty and not sure if the lifts were properly maintained. You can hear bang or jerks on few of them.
