Very poor service from house keeping and staff. Firstly, when checked into the room, there was a towel hanging in the toilet belonging to previous guest. The shower gel bottle was nearly empty as well. The next day, at 11am, I called reception regarding the refill of said shower gel. I waited till 11:20am, and still no staff came. Thence I called again and was met with the same response. Waited another 20 minutes, still no one. At 11:40am, I had to personally walk out to find a staff to aid me with this. Initially wanted to have a short brunch before checking out but not possible anymore due to the inefficiencies of the hotel.

Thank you to Front Office Personnel, Mr Fairul for allowing us to check in early as we have 2 young children with us. We were impressed by his thoughtfulness. We had a good 2-days breakfast, and we were served by kind and friendly staff during our 2-night stay. Room was clean and tidy. I recommend to those who wants a short stay-cay and rest after shopping.

Location is extremely good and priced well, especially if you need to go to the CIQ early morning. However, the rooms are really super small. My room had issues locking and the maintenance team had to come and fix it. I found the Christmas music at the walkway very irritating because it was still playing at 10pm+. It resumed early morning and disrupted my sleep. The room walls are relatively hollow and we could hear the sound from our neighbour's. It was raining and the sounds on the window could be heard too. The soap/shampoo also had no naming and I do not know which is Shampoo, which is Soap. (Room 816). I appreciate good location and service, but there are many things to improve on. I think I will find another hotel with better rooms.

Book at your own risk! Location & staff service was great, but the room was terrible. Quite small, toilet full of mold & ants on the table. Also, the way how the toilet roll holder was placed was weird, not able to pull it unless you turn almost 180 degrees back.. Due to the festive period, there was a lot of loud music around the hotel, can be quite noisy at night..

The check-in process was smooth and quick. A big thank you to Marini for making sure the process was seamless although she was under training. Everything was explained clearly, and we got our keycard to a room on the 15th floor. We had a carpark view of Komtar JBCC. First impressions of the room were alright. We booked our room from Agoda but the room doesn't really match the pictures. It's very small but a cosy room. Please refer to the pictures. Bottled water is provided, and so is a kettle with coffee and creamer. Towels and linens were clean and smelled fresh. The heater works fine, and water pressure is decent. For the price of 100SGD per night. It is worth it for the location and convenience.
