It's convenient, quiet, clean and I can darken the room at night. I found it a bit bare, did not enjoy the pillows and the room was cold. Was not wowed, but it is a reasonable option for business travel.

This place is great! It’s located not too far from Potsdamer Platz and there’s easy transportation all over the place! The only negative is that during my 4 day stay, they didn’t change my sheets, even when there was a visible food stain on the bed. In fact, they folded the blankets on top of the stain. However, this place was still amazing, so it doesn’t deserve any less than 5 stars!

A wonderful place to stay for a quiet and very comfy room in the heart of Berlin. A tad hard to find down an alley, but it won’t break the budget and the staff are wonderful. I wound-up forgetting my house-key after check-out. Running back inside, the staff recognized me, allowed me back into the room without any hassle and booked a taxi so I could make it to the airport. The digital keys are very nuanced, and they eliminated an age-old worry of losing house-keys. So long as somebody has Data or Wifi, they can open the front door and their room door even past 2 am. Wonderful hotel and I definitely recommend it.

Super pleased with this hotel. Will book here again next time we are in Berlin. We reserved a larger room with a fold-out couch for us and two kids. Rooms are quite nicely decorated ("fancy" on the words of my 6 year old). The photos of the room on the website are very true to life (i.e. no overly flattering photos). Location is good. In a residential area, with short walk to the u-bahn, and maybe 15 minutes to Potsdamer platz. Plenty of good dining options in the area as well, and parks nearby. Parking on-site was easy to arrange. Only two small less-positive items. First is to maybe warn visitors from outside Germany about that the hotel is located inside the emissions zone. Caught us by surprise wen we arrived to town. And second, while I appreciate the online check-in option, I am less found of using my phone as the key (find it inconvenient, especially when your hands are full). Thankfully the reception was able to provide a physical key-card in the end, so no big deal!
