We had a very comfortable experience in this hotel. The hotel is very well kept and decorated, the room was well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and the small touches like complementary bottled water made a difference! The breakfast was superb - lots of different and varied choices, very well made! And the breakfast representative Hennadii, was impressive- so very welcoming and friendly every morning, and constantly working non stop, making sure everything is in place and checking if anything is needed. We accidentally left them behind on checking out, and the quick and efficient assistance provided by Mikhael in ensuring their safe return to our home address was truly commendable.
