We stayed for 4 days at the end of January (winter), everything was perfect. Good place, great location, very reasonable price. There is a Carrefour half a block away and other useful businesses. Half a block from the Metro, unparalleled connection with Rome. I recommend it for couples or families, in our case there were 4 of us and it was very good. There is a coffee maker with capsules, they are replenished daily. There is also an electric kettle and refrigerator. The bathroom is exceptionally large and comfortable. Everything new and functional. There is a bidet. There is a tram next door, you can usually hear it but it doesn't really bother you. Davide the owner is very attentive and responds to any questions immediately.

The owner was very welcoming, we had a great time, excellent location just a few meters from the bus, metro and tram stops. There is also the possibility of private parking for cars, a quiet area close to everything (a few meters from "pasta asciutta", a place where you can taste typical Roman first courses that are really good and at a good price)
