The property is very clean, resembling the photos. Well located between the center of Rome and the Vatican ... very easy to travel without needing public transport. Very good communication with our host.

Too shame I never visited the place to get my own opinion , I made a reservation for my birthday and my husband got COVID the night before . Immediately I informed them and asked kindly to reschedule for future dates , they refused and unfortunately I was charged the whole amount as a no show. I didn’t ask for refund, just to plan a future stay. It would be better to visit and spread COVID around everyone. Never been treated so badly , never ever book again , and I am a regular Rome visitor

Perfect location, amazing host and great room with historical vibes. We really enjoyed our stay (mom and daughter), but I guess its more suitable for couples. Great for a few days’ stay (or a weekend getaway).

A good place to stay as it's central. Never met the owner dealt with her per phone. For Breakfast please go to Casa & Bottega just few minutes down the road. The only problem the Bathroom stunk so much even after closing the door the smell comes through. If you have someone staying above you and walks like an elephant 🐘 the sound penetrant down and that's horrible. I gave 3 stars because of the smelling room otherwise on the whole it's good.
