The hotel is newly renovated with a good selection of room sizes and amenities. Our kitchenette was well equipped to serve our needs during a four night stay for simple meals, snacks and breakfasts. Clean and comfortable, with courteous staff and a visit to the SPA is a must!

Amazing place with great interiors and views. Love the fire pit, and wildlife which passes by. The newest wing (Alpine) is very nicely built - good service too. The only thing I don’t like as much is the food - quality was not what I would have expected. Overall I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jasper for a couple of days - affordable and good quality.

They charged you the coffee maker just because is in the room? The rooms that face the pool couldn’t be open therefore is impossible to ventilate them and smells strange. After one night you can't even breathe anymore! I dnt know how they will do it between different guess. Also the double bed is quite small to be shared.

Stayed here for 2 nights, location was good, saw a bunch of wildlife at the hotel entrance. The pool and hot tubs are good. The bed is okay. Few problems in the room. Broken water boiler sensor. There is a Keurig coffee machine but no capsules. Bathroom had hair when we entered for the first time and bathrooms hot water tab was broken but usable. The hair dryer also makes a high pitched sound.

Forest Park was great for what we needed - a one night stay after camping for a few nights. The hotel is old but our room was clean and comfortable (maybe 3.5 stars). If you’re sensitive to chlorine, be aware that the pool is not separated from the lobby and restaurant dining areas so the smell is strong. We didn’t notice it in our room. Some of the reviews mentioned AC not working but we didn’t even test ours since we could just open up the screen door on the balcony. The water temperature settings were messed up in the shower - you got either freezing cold or boiling hot water. A major win for this hotel is that we heard and saw elk bugling from our room which was pretty cool!
