The rooms are WAY too hot...near unbearable! Thank goodness they do put a fan in the room, though! Other than that, the room we stayed in was lovely. All of the staff that we dealt with there absolutely went above and beyond. Very down to earth yet professional employees. The location is just as nice...away from the busy parts of town and very close to walking/jogging trails. Can't wait to jead back in 2024!

I had a lovely stay! The people were consistently kind and accommodating, the room was clean and well stocked (though a lot of disposable cups! Not sustainable!). The hot tubs (one inside, one outside) were beautiful and clean, and parking was plentiful! It would have been lovely if there was a restaurant and/or bar in this hotel but there is good food very close by. Finally, there was a loud humming/buzzing noise, like a motor was running above my room. It was annoying, but not so annoying that I couldn't sleep but that could be an issue for a light sleeper. I called to ask about it and nothing happened.

My experience was hopefully rare since it was not positive at all. The room smelled of pet urine and there was a damp area on the carpet. I suspect the soiled area was not cleaned professionally. We asked for a different room but they had no available rooms in the same price category and only higher priced rooms were available that we would have to pay extra for. They sent someone from housekeeping to spray the damp area with disinfectant which didn't help. The room was also hot with only a fan which barely kept us cool. Thankfully we were only there one night. The room itself was a nice size with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Just sad that they didn't care enough to not make us suffer from a previous guest's mistake.

The rooms need to be updated. Staff was very helpful, but there's no restaurant on site. There is just a small coffee shop for takeout and a couple of chairs and tables in the lobby. Of course, there are many, many places to eat in Jasper. It was a fairly comfortable place to stay. Warning: they do not have air conditioning. That was not a problem during our stay because it has been relatively cool, but they have a few hot days coming up next week and that could present an issue. They do supply portable oscillating fans in the guest rooms.

A bit conflicted about leaving this review. Overall a good stay. A month previous to the stay, I booked a double king room but were only given a deluxe room. We were really looking forward to the king beds but apparently the hotel switched us to a double bed deluxe room, and our room was no longer available. Pretty big disappointment. We were given breakfast vouchers and our pet fee was waived but still disappointed. The room was extremely hot so we had to leave windows open the entire time. Aside from that, the stay went pretty smoothly but the hotel needs some serious updating. Everything was just old and worn out. Appliances were yellowed with time and all the fixtures were old and outdated. Pool and outdoor hottub was very pleasant. If I had stayed here in the off-season I would have been content but while paying $420/night in the on season. I was quite disappointed. Service was great. They did all they could within reason. But the hotel was sad. I love jasper but it's embarrassing to pay so much and put so much effort into a vacation, and end up staying at a roadside motel grade establishment.
