We stayed the night at the queen loft room. We all found the stay to be pleasant and comfortable. We really enjoyed the views from our room. The best part though, is definitely the wood burning fire place. I would definitely recommend this room for any other small families. The wife and I enjoyed the loft while our three children all slept in the family room without any issues whatsoever. We will definitely be returning!

As an older hotel, it's a little dated. Our room was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed and all the staff were smiling and friendly. If you don't like the heat, make sure to turn the thermostat down , it was too hot for us when we arrived. Double check the fridge settings so your groceries don't freeze. We had a great weekend and will happily stay here again

I find it a little hard to rate this place without half stars! So hopefully my description fills the gaps. We were in an upstairs loft room. It was just big enough for our group. Annoyingly, being upstairs, we had to cart our luggage up the stairs - there was no lift. There was just one trolley and of course it was on the ground floor! With three separate beds in the loft, each of our kids had their own bed - a rarity on our trip to Canada. So that was a win. However, the bed in the main bedroom was small for the two of us. The kitchenette had everything we needed although other families might want more. The hotel itself has a pool and steam room, a laundry and a restaurant on site, all very good to have. The laundry equipment worked effectively. We didn’t find any hanging space but we Jerry-rigged a line in our room using the furniture. The hotel is located towards the outer part of town. It is a good 15 minute easy walk into town. Nearby restaurants are all attached to hotels. Independent restaurants are in town. We really appreciated the efforts the hotel manager went to ensure we made it to our train on a very cold winter day. Despite having booked a taxi the day before, he did not show and we could not get other taxis to turn up. The non-managerial staff were not sure what to do but the manager turned up just in time and drove us and others to the train station. She did say the taxis should not take pre-bookings. I would add that you should ensure you have a guaranteed transfer to the station.

Good for a short-term stay! My boyfriend and I booked a Queen loft, which comes with a living room, full kitchen, fireplace, and balcony. Although the room was spacious, the furniture was old, and the mattress was too soft and saggy. The moment we climbed in bed, we felt we were sinking. We prefer a firmer mattress, though to each his own. Shower pressure could be stronger. The kitchen comes fully equipped to cook a full meal, though you may want to purchase seasonings other than salt & pepper (provided). The upstairs closet near the bed needs lighting. Also, power outlets near the bed were located BEHIND the bed, which rendered charging your phones nearly impossible. There should be lamps next to the bed that include a charging station. So just FYI. Also, no elevator on the property. Parking is free on-site and was never an issue. There is a restaurant and pool on-site. We visited neither. The front desk staff was quick and efficient with both check-in/check-out. This location is a 15 minute walk or less than a 5 min drive to downtown restaurants.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend, and hosted our small wedding reception here as well. We were very happy with our experience as a guest, and with our reception dinner. We stayed in the Tower Suite, it was very clean and spacious. Jasper Inn also went above and beyond to make sure that the reception dinner was perfect for us. The food was absolutely incredible! We have also stayed here once before a few years back and were pleased with our stay then, thus returning for our wedding weekend. Thank you!
