Location - Great. Bear in mind, this is super central and convenient for doing tours, activities, proximity to loads of bars & restaurants. This is not romantic, secluded or emersed in jungle. There were nights where you could hear late night music (not on site) but to be expected with such an ace location. Rooms - Clean & tidy, daily maid service was excellent. Parking - Easy and plenty of it. Staff - So lovely & super helpful. Food - Breakfast was lovely, lots of options and other meals & drinks were really great. Plus as guests you get a discount. Ask for the smokey Margarita!

Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and tourist agencies. Secure included parking. An intimate unheated pool. A restaurant that serves a tasty include breakfast and excellent coffee. There is live music in the restaurant which means until 9:30pm you will hear music in your room. The rooms are small, and the beds are small too. Very little space in the washroom to place toiletries and hang clothes or towels. The shower was terrible with blocked shower head with no pressure. Don't bother paying for any tourist sightseeing or adventure activities at the front desk as you can get them up to 50% cheaper elsewhere. Remember most tourist agencies are reselling the same tours and activities so you can shop around and find a great deal.

I really loved my stay here. It's in a perfect location, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean & up to date. I had a very cozy room just above the restaurant so it was easy to wind down for the night while the love music played until 9pm. If I ever make it back, I'll absolutely be staying here again!!!!

Centrally located hotel, nice presentation with pool. Unfortunately cold. Very basic breakfast. Loud location, thin walls and doors. Hotel plays loud musik till late at night. Short beds, not suitable for taller than 1.70m. Rooms are clean. Lights from corridor and park enter through door gaps and curtains. So it is good for party, but not if you want to rest at night after hiking.
