My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great location and the rooms are super comfortable. The grounds are welcoming and we mostly had the pool and or the roof top to ourselves! Staff are all really nice and made us feel at home. My only critique/ feedback is that the soap and shampoo are ghetto, some locally made stuff would take the experience to the next level. I recommend this place for sure.

We had a great stay here. The pictures don’t really do it justice, it was very pretty and everything was very nicely done. The people were super helpful as well and let us store our luggage on the last day and use the pool/outside shower after check out and even gave us beach towels. Also had a water bottle refill station which was amazing and very environmentally friendly!

This is not a hotel, you just rent a room. There is no service at all: no water in the room, no bed sheets changing (5 days stay), no help to order taxis as the location is not the best, no room service. Very noisy place, during the day at the pool by the karaoke bar next to it, in the night from the restaurants playing loud music. Only positive point is that it is clean.

This hotel is DEFINITELY amazing..We stayed 3 nights and came back to spend one more before we left..This is the best hotel on the island for so many reasons. From greeting us to the moment we walked in, allowing early check in, beautiful and very quiet, and the location is perfect..close to everything we needed. This will be the only place we stay from now on when visiting Holbox. The owners of this hotel were just simply AMAZING...Definitely 4 stars and in my rating system they were off the charts SUPERB...You just don't get this kind of service and hospitality these daays....AND YES, IT STILL EXISTS. PLUS...ASK ABOUT A MASSAGE IN YOUR ROOM..THEY DO IT IN HOUSE...ONSITE. .GREAT RATE...IT WAS FANTASTIC
