We had a private room that was every bit as good as any budget hotel. Towels and beds changed both days, fridge, tea and coffee, big shower room. Excellent sound proofing to front road. Large seating area downstairs and breakfast option although we ate out in the many cafes and restaurants around the area.

Pro: position was ok, you could easily get to the center by metro. Staff was professional. I liked the fridge and tea/coffee kit. Cons: - no AC, just a fan. And with more than 30 degrees outside we had trouble sleeping. We were told about the broken AC about a month and a half ago and we were asked to confirm or cancel reservation. We confirmed cause it was difficult to find another hotel one month prior our stay and we naively thought and a month and a half was enough to fix the broken AC… apparently not. - no bathroom kit, just a bottle in the shower which should be used for both hair and body. It cleaned hair terribly. Moreover the bottle was never refilled during our stay, so on the last day we had very little. It’s a 4 stars hotel, cmon. I expected more. - we had spiders in a corner wall near the bed. 3 big spiders. - one night the room telephone rang at 5AM. We woke up but it stopped ringing before we could answer.

-Noise level just outside my door : 58dB. CONSTANT. See video. -AC not functioning. From the other reviews here I just found out that the AC of the whole building is out of order for over two months and still wasn’t fixed. Outdoor temperature was 26 in the evening, dropped to 18 in the morning, but even with the window wide open during the whole night, the room temperature is still around 26-27 this morning. Sleeping normally was impossible in between the noise and the heat. I can’t imagine the oven this hotel must be during a heatwave. -Staff not picking the phone when dialing 600 from the room -The person at the reception desk did nothing after we signalled the issue last night - in the morning ONE shower of less than 5 minutes was enough to trigger an overflow. The thin is completely clogged. Water stays long after the end of shower. See picture.

I ordered 1 day to many for parking and let them know this when we checked in. The receptionist told me it was no problem and email them for a refund. I send them multiple emails over multiple weeks and they don't answer any email. Thanks a lot.... About the rooms: smaller than the pictures show, no AC and a broken shower. EDIT: they didn't answer the email I send after they responded. If you see this manager, this is the booking id: DS6258.
