Best hotel in Viena! our check in time was under 2 min and our code worked untill 11 am on departure day as specified by instructions. The appartment was lovley, spacious, spotless clean, very high-end finishes, you cand tell that a lot of thought and soul was put into it. It's a 15min walk to the center and there are lots of nice places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

Apartment new, high quality and beautifully furnished, perfect for people who love smart home. But that's exactly where the less pleasant thing lies: - Cell phone battery was empty - luckily we still knew our 6-digit code by heart - otherwise we would have been locked out in the middle of the night - No contact person on site, if you have any questions you can call a service, but the contact number was incorrect. We found the correct number on the English language information... - WiFi password could not be found in the apartment itself. There was information about this in the area of the front door - of course we didn't look here Have booked for 4 people. We were offered an apartment with a very nice double bedroom and a sofa bed. However, two adults had to squeeze onto this 90(!!!!) cm wide couch. Please offer this apartment for MAXIMUM 3 people in the future! So if you like contactless check-in/holidays, trust that you always have the access code ready, control the air conditioning + blinds yourself using the existing touchscreen and, if necessary, want to clarify questions with someone over the phone - you've come to the right place! The price performance ratio is very good.

Great, fully automated and sustainably designed apartment hotel with concierge service in Vienna. Everything is new and very high quality furnished. We have enjoyed our stay!
