I had a pleasant experience during my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Batam. The hotel staff were hospitable and welcoming upon my arrival, which made for a great first impression. The rooms were spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered a diverse and satisfying selection of food. The servers were friendly and attentive, even providing drinks and snacks. However, there were a couple of minor downsides to note. The walls did not seem to be soundproof, as I could hear the prc guest next door, talking loudly on the phone in for extended periods, which was a bit disruptive. Fortunately, this happened only in the afternoon. While the hotel's location was quite convenient, it still required a short Grab ride to reach popular destinations like Grand Batam Mall, Nagoya, and Harbour Bay. The gym was on the smaller side, and I felt that the overall decor of the hotel could be improved. Nonetheless, despite these minor drawbacks, I had a good overall stay at Four Points by Sheraton Batam.

Love the friendly and cheerful service from the staffs and they will try to remember our names! Great effort for the team. We love the variety of breakfast spread and is consider one of the best at batam. The room is spacious and clean with nice rain shower not forgetting those comfy pillows and bed. We shall be back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Batam. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and packed with amenities like a comfortable large bed, large flat screen TV, coffee machine, and air conditioning that works well. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with a warm smile. Special thanks to Angel, Reho, Swara and Kay, along with others, for making our stay fantastic. The food at this hotel is wonderful too. We really enjoyed the flavorful Indonesian dishes at their buffet breakfast, in the dining room and delivered to our room during a few on-site meals. We would stay here again if we returned to Batam. It’s just an hour ferry ride from Singapore and then a short taxi ride from the ferry port. That makes it handy to visit from Singapore for a few days like we did.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location is in the city centre. There are lot of food choices and shopping nearby. I just have to walk out of the hotel and there are eateries everywhere. It is a very convenient location to explore the city. I rented a car for my 3 days stay at this hotel. They provided free parking and security is good. We could park our car right in front of the hotel entrance. The room was very clean. The pillows and mattress was very comfortable. The shower was excellent as well. They even have a place to sit in the shower, so i can sit down while having the rain shower (refer to photo). This is really comfortable after a long day of exploring the city. The shampoo & body wash are of high quality. I did not have a chance to try the food at the hotel so cannot comment on it. There are so many eateries around the hotel. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me a lot of recommendations on places to have good local indonesian food. I am glad I chose to stay at this hotel for my vacation. I would recommend it to others.

Room is nice spacious. Location is central with easy access via Grab. There is a local market just opposite. However the hotel is near a mosque and we were woken by the prayers 4plus each morning. The staff were very helpful and arranged another room, unfortunately we could still hear the prayers. While the room is clean and well maintain, the towels provided both days were kinda old and frayed. I would expect clean, fluffy white towels from a 4 star hotel. Generally happy with the hotel and would hv give 4 stars if not for above.
