Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence is an affordable option but you get what you paid for. Very average amenities with the gym and actually mediocre pool, the room was not bad actually but again my not bad may be different from yours. Do check out the photos and make your own determination! The staff is pretty friendly and approachable and will help you if your demands are not too difficult. Location wise well... there are better hotel options to be honest but this is consider central Nagoya so if travel by grab most places are a short stone throw away. But nearby like around the hotel there really ain't not much even for food options (roadside stalls).

The room that we stayed, the bathroom had light flickering problem. Told the staff, they said will come back with the light bulb. But until the day I checked out, problem not fixed ! The door side latch was broken, how can we feel safe ? The water pressure was so little that we need to take longer time to bathe. The Saturday BBQ though was cheap, but not worth the money. The burnt prawn is like ikan bilis, the capcicum was sour as I think kept too long. We were attracted by the lovely watermelon agar agar, but it was warm and so was the papaya as they were displayed under a sportlight.. Not much of a so called seafood buffet (total disappointment). The breakfast was disaster. All food served were "cold" and food was not top up even though it still have 1 1/2 to 2 hours before it ended. Overall experience, not a pleasant stay and will not recommend to stay unless they really upgrade their room, service and F&B.

Whenever feasible, steer clear of this apartment; the elevator intermittently malfunctions, failing to halt at designated levels. The residents seem illiterate, as they disregard the "no smoking" signs in the rooms. Opt for Fave and Aston hotels just a few meters away instead.

I just had a very-troubled experience with this hotel, the receptionist staff named "Ocha" talked to me back and asked "what can I do if the room is not available?" Do you think, it is my issue??? She should not have asked me back at the first place. The hospitality is not supposed to be like that, she did not even smile, she did not even say sorry, she even talked back. Asked The Supervisor to come to the front, she came as if nothing happened. This was totally troubled until I addressed my concern then she deliberately addressed my issue. But come on...BE CAREFUL WITH OCHA at the first place. The thing is the room requested by me is not being available after she said 2pm, then 5 minutes again, and another room type or whatsoever, I do not know how the receptionist named "Ocha" handled the customer and the way she asked me back, the way she typed hard and operated the computer in front of me was a TOTAL RUDE.
