One word: Jessica! From the moment we walked in, she was nothing but warm, friendly and extremely helpful making us feel like family. We arrived extremely early and was concerned about check in being at 3. Jessica immediately expressed that I was a Bonvoy member and assigned us an amazing room! Every time I saw her over our 2 day stay she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself is extremely well maintained and well appointed with modern decor, furniture and fixtures. The coffee was kept fresh and the pantry well stocked. The heated indoor pool was a nice touch for the kids and there was a lifeguard on duty. The on-site restaurant was also nice. The fried fish was great! I'm not sure how great the location is as we didn't really go anywhere during this leg of our trip, and location is not something they can control but I can't say enough great things about the things they can control! I highly recommend Four Point Sheraton Flushing!

Jessica is amazing! I flew into town and she kept me in the loop with transportation without me having to constantly worry. She was incredibly helpful and had such an amazing attitude. Jessica is alright in my book! The hotel itself it’s very modern and chic! I will definitely be back again!

Very nice, very modern hotel. Staff was very friendly. The valet was super fast ($60 for three days paid upfront to independent company) not much of a deal since you're looking out over flushing... But if you're looking to commute in either direction it's a great spot. Snagged a three-day stay for just under a grand.

Nice hotel. I would recommend more shuttle busses to and from airport. I called to request shuttle. Was given another number to text with pickup location. After doing that I got a call from the driver telling me to meet him on the lower level. I told him I will need 5 minutes to come down to the lower level with a toddler and luggage. He said ( I don't have 5 minutes, my bus have passengers and I have to go now. You will have to wait 45 minutes for the next bus ) then hung up. How rude. I called back the main line to let them know what happened. They apologized and sent him back after waiting over 30 minutes in the cold. They neeed to do better in this department.

Booked there many times!! I love this hotel! It had never let me down and price is really reasonable especially with today's economy. It's very clean and gives off a cozy/modern environment. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. People there were really nice! However, it is kind of far from the subway station (11 mins by walking). It also is located in a dark area so be careful when walking back at a late hour.
