My family stayed for three nights at the hotel during our visit to Santiago. There are pros and cons with this hotel. The pros: staff whom we encountered and dealt with were all friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable enough with the beds being on the harder side, which we prefer. The hotel is located on a quaint street with several restaurants and bars. However there were also many cons. The room really needed some updating. The shelves in the closet looked like they would almost fall apart. The air conditioning didn't really work. No matter how low we set the temperature to be, the thermostat stayed at 23.5C, which was too warm for us to sleep well through the nights. The hot tub wasn't on when we were there, and it looked like it's not going to be on. We didn't try their breakfast since it's not included in our reservation. However there is a good cafe right downstairs next store to the hotel where they serve excellent coffee, tea and breakfast sandwiches. We saved some $ eating there rather than paying for the breakfasts at the hotel. All in all, it's an okay hotel but it doesn't live up to the Sheraton name. We will most likely try another hotel when we return to the area one day.

Very practical hotel at the heart of Santiago. Reasonably priced and a comfortable stay. Spacious rooms and comforable bed. Breakfast spread is good. Lots of restaurants and shopping options in walkable distance. Going to be my place to stay if visit again. Lifts are little slow in operation.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Location is amazing in the heart of Providencia, really close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops as well as walking distance to the Sky Costanera Center and Bicentenario Park. Staff were really helpful whenever we had a question and resolved all issues with our room very quickly. Nice swimming pool, although not heated, on the roof with great views.

Room was ok, although some details showed some age and noise got through from the upper level room throughout the night which affected our sleep. We had no AC, but windows opened so that was nice in September. We reserved the top floor hot tub with my companions which was delightful, except for the fact that the adjustments were not good and it got cold too fast, and they were unable to get it fixed, so we had to leave earlier than expected. Breakfast was good with decent vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options available. The location is absolutely 10/10 and I’d probably stay here again because of it. Lots of restaurants, bars, stores and fun things to do in the area, and the Metro is really close. The area felt very safe at all times of the day too.

Pretty good location right in the Providencia district. Many options within walking distance for food, shopping, and the nearest subway station is two blocks away. Rooms were simple but clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived early in the morning and they were able to have a room for me to check into, while I had a late flight and they had no issues hanging on to my luggage after checkout until I was ready to head to the airport. They are also able to schedule transport to/from the airport if you'd like.
