This was my favorite hotel. It was modern, comfortable, and spotless. It was the perfect size for just me though it could be considered small by others. There was a lounge area where you can fill up water for free, and there’s also a laundry area if needed. Skincare and other amenities were available on the first floor.

Surprisingly comfortable and well kept hotel given the price. Great location being 1 stop from the Shinsaibashi subway station and the popular pedestrian street, among many shops. They pay attention to details, including high quality pajamas, bath towels, real slippers, nice room lighting controls, comfortable Serta mattress and complimentary necessities in the lobby, …. Quick check in and check out. Fast WiFi. Room is compact but it’s perfectly fine for what I was expecting. It’s a 10/10!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Osaka Hotel Unizo in Japan. The rooms were immaculately clean and seemed brand new, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. While the front desk staff were generally helpful, a slightly more attentive service could enhance the experience. The hotel's central location was incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to major attractions. The peaceful ambience added to the overall comfort of the stay. A great choice for travelers seeking a clean, centrally located, and tranquil place to rest.

Very close to Shinsaibashi station, just take exit 7 if you have big luggage (it has elevator) or exit 8. Even the room is compact (14 sqm for standard single room) but the location and cleanliness are their great benefits compared to other hotel in Shinsaibashi area. Going to Namba, Osaka or Shin-Osaka stations are very convenience. TIP: 1. If you already check-out, the hotel will only store your luggage until the end of the day so you need to find luggage storage or lockers (nearby Shinsaibashi station exit 4 - there’re spaces for big luggage). But if you check-out and go out of town for few days and you will come back again, they will keep the luggage for you. 2. For couple or friends, please reserve twin-bed (and I mean twin not double), the standard room is way too small for two. 3. For those who travel on budget, pls try to go to the basement floor of Daimaru at 7PM, there’re so many small food and dessert counters and they will be on discount. Most of them taste very good and even cheaper than 7-eleven.
