An impressive building with nice rooms and poor service. During check-in we faced with a seriously ill employee. She was sneezing and coughing a lot and the snot was running out of her nose. For us it was a really uncomfortable situation and we were honestly concerned about our health. As we booked a rate with breakfast included and we planned to depart early on the other day we were offered a breakfast box to go. Unfortunately on the other day there was no breakfast box prepared at the arranged time. We were promised to get it within 10 minutes. As after 20 minutes there was still no breakfast, we needed to depart hungry back home. A real good service is what we are expecting from a luxury 5-star hotel. Feeling unsafe about our health is the worst what could have happened. I don't recommend this hotel and we surely don't come back again.

Lovely place. Service was excellent We required a drying rack and some different pillows, they accomodated really fast. The apartment was beautiful and clean, they came regularly. Hotel food was also nice I'd like to thank Martha for her cleaning services!

The concierge, Innocent in particular was really very helpful, friendly and always smiling as well as the rest of the staff. The room is spacious and clean. The elevators are fast and no need for waiting time. The location is perfect. The facade is really beautiful, check in and out was quick and smooth. Safety and security of the premises is very good.

Maria & MARYJOY from the Square Team were absolutely fabulous in providing a top quality service every single morning ! They were so friendly and kind and accommodating. Even though we were a family of 6, they always made sure we were seated in the best place. They were often very very busy and were always smiling and had everything under control ! I would definitely come back to this hotel because of them and the amazing staff at this hotel ANAS is also so very very helpful - he is from the Square Team. He always helped me and my children with breakfast service ! He made our mornings very very easy and is a valuable member of staff !
