Beautiful hotel, pleasant staff with guest service on their mind! Very big suite rooms with elegant decor and extremely comfortable bed and crisp fresh liniment; super pillows and very good shower! Breakfast is good and so was room service food. Well equipped gym and nice clean pool with nice sun-beds! Love their free shuttle service to city center shopping area!!! Will stay again and highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay if coming with friends and family. Try their 2 bed room suite and apart from 2 bedrooms u also get a spacious drawing room which can easily take 15 people easily. Seven eleven is right outside the hotel for all your daily needs. This room also offers a working kitchen with utensils. You can cook your own food which is added advantage.

The rooms are not well maintained, we booked for a 2 bedroom suite and in one bedroom the AC remote was not working, the engineer came and said that he is unable to fix it. They then offered us 2 single sute for which I did not agress and then they offered a different 2 bedroom suite and there the bed room lock was not working. Very bad experience. But the staffs here are very good at hospitality.

Myself with family was accommodated in two bedroom apartment in this hotel through a Tour operator. On our second night I noticed cobweb and insects all around one of the bedrooms. Children were put to sleep there and we had very unpleasant night. The hotel did not offer us any compensation for this rather distressing incident, we lost our sleep most of the night and our tour was affected because we were tired next day morning as a result of less rest and sleep. Only thing Hotel offered was to change the room for the preceding night, but as we were on tour we reached back to hotel late night and had no time to do the logistics moving 7 bags and children to a new apartment. Overall very unpleasant and also would like to note that the staff professionalism and behavior was not that of a 4 star standard. Additionally, Breakfast not up to the for a 4 star hotel. Asked to deposit 2000 THB cash as deposit. No credit cards were entertained.
