Had an enjoyable stay with my family at Fraser Suites Guangzhou. Very well located with a shopping mall, metro & eateries right at your doorstep. Special mention to Manfred & Jackson for your service rendered. Coming back everyday felt so welcoming. Will definitely be back if I am back in Guangzhou!

One of the better options to stay at to attend Canton Fair. Getting to the fair by MRT is really easy, although they do also provide complimentary busses to and from the fair. I would suggest taking the MRT back after the fair as the wait for the bus after is quite long. Location is above the MRT and shopping mall. Lots of good eateries around the area and connected to another large shopping mall by underpass. Breakfast is good with a Singaporean touch, kaya... prata. Lovely staff, service is swift and efficient. A call to house keeping will only take a few minutes to arrive at your doorstep. Kitchen is well equipped and all utensils needed. Washing machine and dryer works well especially during the wet season we were there. Clean rooms and well stocked minibar with complimentary TWG and Nespresso. Toilets have heated seats and built in bidet, rain shower as well as a large bathtub. Highly recommended for business trips for 1-2weeks stay.

I stayed earlier this month. First time staying at Tianhe area and am glad that I choose Fraser. Excellent service. The service rendered by the reception team at the main door was excellent. Jackson was so helpful in providing us with information around the hotel area. On our first night, we left the hotel to have our dinner and he hurried behind us just to pass us the hotel booklet with information about the F&B outlets around the hotel. Really beyond his call of duty.. Thumbs up. Another gentleman staff was also so kind to wait with us in the cold weather just to ensure we got into the right Didi car. The driver couldn't locate the hotel and so he used his own mobile to direct the driver. Will definitely return again to stay.
