Great place to stay with spacious, cleaned and smoking free room, the staff are very friendly and helpful, make my stay at ease especially the manager Jack Lee. I had bought a gift for my Guangzhou friend, unfortunately he was not be able to pick up from me. Jack made a arrangement for a courier to pick up and sent to my friend. Really appreciate his kind help. This is my first time to Guangzhou as sole traveller and was glad that I have a good experience. If you are looking for long stay, this hotel is a good choice . It’s a terrible hotel. I definitely would not recommend staying here. It’s impossible to reach anyone by phone or email. There is a massive issue with my booking and it so bad I’m leaving to go to another hotel after 2 night. The wifi doesn’t work. The hot water barely works. None of the restaurants are even open. It looks ok from the inside but it’s really pretty bad from the inside. The spa area is extremely dodgy. Do not recommend. At all.

It definitely shows some signs of wear and the windows in the rooms are frighteningly thin especially for greater heights. So thin, in fact, it feels like they could be shattered with a coke bottle. The suites were a great big size, the beds comfortable, the food was really good. From breakfast to the main dining hall- there is tons of variety and the food is seemingly fresh. This place has its own night clubs, restaurants, stores, karaoke bar, etc etc. The location was very convenient. Honestly I could have not left the premises and been happy. The staff was terrific. Great place.
