Horrible place, very dirty, bathroom stinks, hot water doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work, Wi-Fi doesn’t work, beds are not comfortable. The only good thing about this place it’s the vicinity to the train station, but it’s loud at night. There is no manager to talk to, and apparently the owner is in Africa. It’s a very sketchy place. Don’t waste your money there!

First of all the area around the hotel is extremely dodgy, there are hundreds of alcohol bottles thrown about and even used condoms just discarded on the street. The room itself was alright, nothing amazing but not horrible. The bathroom could use a thorough clean and the shower head sprays everywhere except at you. The staff is not very friendly as me and my sister got locked in the hallway as the door was jammed and had to call them several times before they fixed the issue and got us out, hence delaying our departure. Breakfast at the caffe over the street is lovely. The best thing about the hotel is it being so close to the station.

A mess… we had to arrive late (around 00:00). The address was never clarified and then, they told us we had to go to another place (PALMA RESIDENCE) where the guy in reception doesn’t have the best attitude when trying to communicate (he doesn’t speak English and we don’t speak Italian) 1-Star just for courtesy. The only good thing is location because it is quite close to the Roma Termini train station
