Very cheap and very clean Buut they gave us a room which has a water heater inside with incredibly noisy like you see in the attached video I want to be fair, the stuff are nice but the thing is they are aware about this issue with the heater and they still gave it to the guests Note………. They have a rooms a far away from the main hotel its more like airbnb We didn’t have any problem with that since we went there early

The only good aspect is the location, but I’m still rating it low because this place is disgusting. The company that owns it seems to have at least 3 locations: Sun Moon, Serendipity, and In Rome. After staying at Serendipity, I wouldn’t stay at any of these locations. Sure it’s close to the stations, but the bathroom is absolutely disgusting with mold on the shower head and inside the shower itself, which is so small I had to use it with the doors open just to move around. Seems like the cleaners just change the sheets and towels and move on. Would not recommend anyone stay in this health hazard, just pay more to be somewhere else.

Stayed here for 2 nights in February. Managed to book here after several failed bookings at other hotels. The price was reasonable considering the rather late booking. We arrived early at 7am and were glad the owner picked up to let us know we could leave our bags at Palma Residence Hotel nearby. We checked in at 1pm at a common reception for Angelica, Friendship Palace, and SunMoon. We were assigned a Friendship room even though we booked SunMoon but this wasn't really a problem. The only issue is that this suggests all three hotels share rooms and simply have different names for review purposes. This is a little sketchy and concerning. The room we got was sufficient with a double bed and bathroom with shower. The room was clean enough apart from some areas, especially the bathroom window which had black mold growing around it. However, the areas we touched were clean enough. We were able to check-out early in the morning by leaving our key in the room. Overall, this was a solid place to stay during the night while exploring Rome as a tourist.

The place was as expected, we were the first guests in a freshly renovated room. The air conditioner was really effective, it cooled the room in just a few minutes. The bed was comfortable, clean. They brought the breakfast to our door at around 9:30 each morning: a cappuccino, a cornetto and a biscuit. The front desk guy (unfortunately don't know his name) was really friendly and helpful, I can honestly recommend this place if you are looking for a room near Rome Termini. One more info: we were in an Annex building, in Palma Residence.
