My experience with the hotel was impeccable. The staff are genuinely amazing, very professional and friendly. The receptionists are very helpful and kind. The kitchen staff and waiters are amazing. All of them are very respectful and helpful and also cheerful. Especially Sarah she was especially close to us and very helpful in a lot of ways. She would always welcome us in with a genuine smile! I would recommend it to all my family and friends. Easily my favorite best stay in turkey, would definitely come back to by boss hotel the next time I come to turkey. May god bless you all.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. One of the staff Sara spoke beautiful arabic. This was very helpful as we did not speak Turkish. Sara was such a blessing, helping us with travel and shopping activities. I don’t know how we would have managed without her. The entire staff tried so very hard to please us and met our every need. From lending us the electric converter to giving us passes for the tram. Overall a very good stay!

For the price I paid, I would have expected better service. The location of the hotel is good, walking distance from the Galata tower and also from Galata bridge. Note that the street is quite busy and noisy. The rooms are standard but especially the toilet has low quality details, such as toilet seats that seemed to be not properly fixed, and a small shower. The staff are mostly friendly but there are some language barriers that make communication a bit hard. I paid a high price for a room and other aggregators had better rates, so overall my experience wasn’t great. Especially considering that other hotels in the area had better price/quality relationship.
