The hotel has poor AC if you are taking connected rooms. During my 4 night stay, I complained to reception several times but their engineer couldnt fix it and ended up sleeping on the floor of the other room where AC was working. The breakfast has minimum edible options. The reception staff was OK though. Its 14 min walk to Median street.

I have stayed for 7 consecutive weeks (!) at Gallery Palace hotel, so I think I am able to share some informed views :-) I loved every day of my stay there, for many reasons: - I asked for a quiet room not facing the street, which I could keep for the entire time. - When I was living there, the hotel was not fully booked out. Nevertheless, day in, day out I saw the cleaners wiping every corner of the hotel. It is flawlessly clean. - The hotel has a small but fine gym in the basement, which I made frequent use of (see photo). The available equipment there actually allowed me to do 80% of my regular exercises. - The rich breakfast was included in my rate, and options very nice. The best: It is served until 11am in the day, so sometimes when I went to gym late, I could still take breakfast shortly before 11am and nobody would complain. - Staff at reception, restaurant and house-keeping are extremely nice. Obviously the length of the stay had an impact here, but I ultimately felt like a family member :-) - Location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is located just behind Galleria Tbilisi and Freedom Square, but absolutely quiet. I could not think of a better location! I would want to mention though that there were only a few members of the reception team who could speak English well. Sandro is exceptional in his warm attitude, caring and flexibility (and I had quite a number of different requests over time...), and I hope the hotel management recognizes his talent and makes him a supervisor or something therelike soon! :) Honorable mentionings as well to Sophie and Nini :) The hotel is reasonable priced (I stayed during off-season in March/April). I also saw that refurbishment and modernization works have been going on in different areas of the hotel, which tells me the owners want to continue investing to make this place even better. My home in Tbilisi!

Very excellent location, reception that care a lot , housekeeping, restaurant and good people that gave us everything we needed and asked. Gave us the bigger room when we asked, late checkout for free (about 10 hours later from regular) very recommended and thank you very much!
