Rooms were small. Bathroom size was a joke. Staff refused to give us extra water without charging which I found extremely ridiculous. We had a late night flight and there was no facility to hold our luggage and we had to just leave it in the lobby. Given that you are catering to tourists, it would have been nice to see some level of customer service Breakfast was not bad, salad, cheese and boiled eggs. Location was decent as grand bazar was only about ~2.5 Km

Alhamdulillah, we booked a room on their 3 floor with an amazing vuew to the sea. Admin staff is friendly & helpful. If you are ok with noises of cars on the main road, then this is the best choice compared to prices.

Utterly poor. When we first came in the male receptionist who greeted us with stare looked miserable and unwilling to help with our luggage. The room was so small with two twin double beds. The AC barely cooled the room as it was placed behind a closet. The window was broken which caused hot air to enter so sleeping was uncomfortable and due to the small space. When we asked for water they said we weren’t allowed any more until the next day. They counted the bottles and only gave us 2 when we were 5 people. Although the hotel looks nice and the rooms are clean-looking, the service is poor, the location is poor due to having to walk up hills just to get to the tram and metro (1km away) and a 15 min walk to the centre. Taxis are away at the main road so you have to walk quite a bit to get one. Stayed for 3 nights and only had room service once where they didn’t even clean the bathroom. The toilet didn’t have a window. Servicer said they would do room service but did not do it when we stayed 2 nights more after they cleaned it. The breakfast looked like it was the same as the day before just putting cling film on top and putting it in the fridge. Got sick from eating it. There is also no lift. When we checked out, the same receptionist was there and he did not speak one word to us and did not say goodbye or thank you. He stared and stood there only. Would only recommend if you are a small group (2-3 people), have a small amount of luggage and don’t mind walking long distances that are uphill to the main city area.
