The AC in the family room didn’t work properly and made noise like a truck all night long. The hotel has a lot of potential, needs a renovation in both building, interior and amendment.

A hotel of premium quality. Services are provided and rooms are of decent standard. Prices are nominal and location is good. However, negative points to room services provided. I’m not sure if it’s a thing of Turkey, but the cleaner touches all your belongings during cleaning, and does things that you do not originally request. Water cut out randomly one evening too, but was quickly resolved. A LOT of room for improvement if this hotel is to be treated seriously for foreigners on business trips.

This hotel was great. Rooms were clean, mini bar always stocked. Water in shower was immediately hot didn't have to wait for the water to warm up. Levent is an incredible owner and takes pride in this hotel.
