The location was lovely, and the hall was nice, but some of the waitstaff were incredibly poor. They cleared plates before people finished eating. When we cut the cake, they didn't even bring it out, and half of the guests couldn't finish their meals or have cake. We chose this place for a quality experience, to host a great event for our guests, but they ended up exploiting my newly engaged sibling's naivety, charging exorbitant fees like a street café for cutlery and plates. I do not recommend it to anyone.

My recent stay at The Green Park Hotel Ankara was very satisfying. The staff, the true gems of this hotel, greeted me with smiles as genuine as the city's breathtaking scenery. My room was an absolute haven. Sparkling clean, stylishly decorated, and boasting stunning views, it provided the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring Ankara's vibrant streets. The plush bed ensured the most restful sleep I've had in ages, and the abundant local and international channels on the TV kept me entertained during downtime. Forget takeout! The room service menu at this hotel was so good, I never wanted to leave my room. Every dish was a delicious masterpiece, and the variety was incredible. My recent stay wasn't enough to fully appreciate all that The Green Park Hotel has to offer. But one thing is certain: I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with a newfound appreciation for Ankara's charm. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience in the heart of Turkey's capital.

The Green Park Hotel Ankara, which has the advantage of an excellent location for those who will stay in Ankara, is not only at the heart of the city but at the same time is preferred by the most distinguished guests of the city for being close to the Ministries, government institutions, national and international companies and the convention center and being located within the entertainment and shopping life.

This can pass for a 4 stars hotel, not 5. Overpriced for their services and rooms. The room card kept locking me out of my room every time I left the hotel and came back to my room, with no serious solution for this issue. Some lights were not working in the room despite mentioning this to the reception, they didn't follow up with it nor sent anyone to fix it! Not the best service. They need to teach their staff how to speak English. On the other hand, breakfast was good, for my trip the location was close by most of the places I needed to be at as well as close to most of the distinguished places and well-known areas in Ankara.

If you prefer to stay outside while having a reservation, you can still stay at this hotel. However, please note that the level of customer satisfaction is currently at 0. We had made a reservation for the company's customers I work for, but they canceled without notifying us. Since no rooms were available in any hotel, they had them stay in the king suite at their own hotel. I believe we understand their true intentions.
