I have stayed in Gentle hotel for several weeks in September and early October so the hotel service was great so far.I like to thanks all of the works from guards to receptionists for their respect and hospitality. In all of my staying time I didn’t contacted by the owner of the hotel so that I did give her a minus point.

I had very bad experience with this hotel, I booked online for 5 days and I came and checked in and when I finished my 5 days I wanted to check out, they said l have to pay for the 5 days I showed them the online booking they denied. And it was a big issue a called the police and finally they let me go. I almost about to miss my flight because of this case. After many days they contact me and said they received my online booking and they apologized for what happened.
