If the name is supposed to be Premium Budget, then it fits the name. Spacious rooms, nice amenities, clean, balcony. Daily breakfast only provided toast, cornflakes, and a hot dish, but the hot dish actually changed each day and was decent. Satisfied.

Comfortable clean rooms in a nice location. The only downside is the traffic in the area, but it is otherwise very comfortably located near numerous attractions. The staff are kind and knowledgeable about locations and current events.

Location is good. 10 min walk to CMU and night market. Free breakfast (Toast and Congee). Big size room. Free parking. Value for the money. Overall satisfied. Area of improvement needed: Very difficult to control shower water temperature. It is either too hot and cold.

As the price is acceptable, I would give this place 4 stars. It is located in the university, so it is safe. Transportation may effect due to it's take a distance to walk out to get some red cab. The room is huge. All accessories in the shower room may need to improve a bit. Overall, I was happy with the quality. Don't expect to see a big breakfast like in the hotel. I would recommend you to go out and taste local food.
