It's location made it super convenient for me to access shopping centers, fast dining options, and popular tourist spots. Everything I needed was just a short walk or drive away. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. From the moment I checked in, I felt warmly welcomed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. I had a peaceful sleep each night, and waking up to a fresh and well-maintained room added to the overall positive experience. I enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after a long day of exploring Cairo. The on-site restaurants provided delicious dining options, and the fitness center allowed me to stay active during my stay.

The Tolop Golden Plaza is a beautiful hotel with an amazing buffet breakfast. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an upscale hotel that is affordable. The staff are also very helpful and courteous.

Some rooms are definitely better than others. Stay away from the rooms by the pool. They Don't have adequate lighting, internet access, or working outlets. We stayed here twice on our trip with 21 people. Our package included breakfast. When we had to leave early, they gave us bags of breakfast to go, consisting of breads, water, very small banana and a 2 oz plain yogurt. We had requested a hard boiled egg, but the request was not taken care of. We did not consider this adequate. The breakfast buffet on the other days had many choices. My group of 21 was not very happy with the service at this hotel in general. We had to ask multiple times to get help, and service was very slow.
