Amazing hotel connected to the mall. Welcoming and friendly staff, they are eager to hear from you and make you feel at home. Spacious and well equipped suites. Housekeeping is doing up to the level of IHG group. Breakfast has everything you need in addition to great fresh drinks. Afternoon complimentary snack is a great addition. Smiles every where. Will consider again for sure.

It’s a nice and private location with access to the CityStars mall. The rooms are nice and spacious with all the amenities you need for self catering. I like that it has a gym and laundry services. They also provide daily cleaning services which is great but deep cleaning of the bathroom at least weekly. The staff at the reception are also helpful. I will totally recommend for long stays because you feel at home and not like you’re in the confines of a hotel room.

We just finished a fantastic 4 night stay at the Staybridge and could not be more pleased. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by an extremely friendly staff who even offered us an upgrade at our check-in. The hotel is located right in the heart of Nasr City so if you want an authentic Cairo experience, complete with horns and all the traffic then you found your place! Our room was a 3 room suite with 2 floors overlooking the city with a small kitchen with full refrigerator. All rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were perfect. Water pressure was strong as well as the wifi. Free washer and dryer in the basement is a great amenity. In the mornings they serve a delicious authentic breakfast which may take some getting used to if you're from the West but delicious nonetheless. Finally, if you're looking to kill some time than head right into the Citystar mall which you have direct access to from the hotel. There's so much to do there you'll never get bored. All in all, a great stay for myself and the family and the staff were amazing. Make sure you show your appreciation by tipping them well.

We booked a 2 King 2 bedroom suite but upon check in we were told there are no King beds in the hotel- clearly there is false advertising on IHG website. Having stayed at other Staybridge Suites worldwide I was sorely disappointed at the size and quality of the apartments- especially the bedroom sizes. Apartments are small and oddly placed - would not stay here again. Breakfast is extremely limited.
