I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do this because of how incredible the staff is at Gild Hall. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over the weekend, and I can confidently say it was the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the level of service we received from the staff was nothing short of exceptional. My brother's engagement was the reason for our stay, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. They graciously allowed us to take engagement photos with a photographer throughout the hotel and lobby, which was a breathtaking backdrop for such an important occasion. Now, let's talk about breakfast at Felice, the hotel's restaurant. I must say, it was the absolute best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Usually, I'm used to a standard continental breakfast at hotels, but Felice exceeded all my expectations. The freshness and quality of the food were outstanding. It was like having a gourmet meal to kickstart our day, and it added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. I can't go without mentioning the fantastic service we received from Ben, Simon, and Rob. These three individuals truly made our weekend extraordinary. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on us. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and personable staff members, and they deserve a big shout-out for their outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to return for another visit!

Great experience staying here at Gild Hall. The location was prime and the atmosphere was just what I was looking for. It is a cozy hotel and everyone here makes you feel at home. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. The lobby is very well decorated and the prosecco during the evening is a great touch. I really will stay here again.

We travel a lot, and hotels at this price range can be quite hit or miss. Gild Hall exceed our expectations in every way. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the restaurant/breakfast is phenomenal. Would absolutely recommend.

I stayed here for a few days with a friend! I have never been to nyc before but decided to book this hotel through amex. The staff was AMAZING. Mira cleaned my room so nicely and was such a pleasant presence to be around. Elizabeth was at the desk and she was amazing! Just so nice and sweet. I am definitely coming back to this hotel at some point. The rooms are very clean and the staff is VERY nice! Also the area is great!!!! You are so close to everything but away from to much noise or chaos.
