On a recent impromptu trip I found myself needing a hotel, and fast, from an exhausting trip from FL. I’ll start with the one negative: the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything above and beside my room up until I fell asleep. I’m a sound sleeper and slept through the night, but this might pose a problem for some. The positives: warm and friendly staff, immaculately clean rooms that resemble a European vibe, nice shampoo etc., comfortable beds, and a varied, great free breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

WARNING! This hotel has a SERIOUS problem with their hot water system, the hot water supply was not stable at all during our stay. We turned on the hot water and let it run about 20 mins but no hot water at all, the water was just a bit warmer than the cold water which we absolutely couldn't use it for shower, so I called the front desk and the lady told us some of the rooms have cold and hot water controls installed adversely, she didn't know which rooms were those and asked us to turn on the cold one and gave it try (seriously? isn't that a big defect from construction then?), I told her that this couldn't be the issue for our room since the water was "warm" but just not hot so she offered to switch a room for us. After waiting about 20 mins with nobody coming upstairs to give us the new key, we decided to give it another shot and we started to have hot water, I thought the issue was fixed so told the lady we would just stay where we were. One of my companies took a shower, but after she's done, the hot water completely gone. So we ended up having to change to another room, however, the new room still had the same issue, the front desk lady told us the owner fixed sth and made sure every rooms have hot water, and asked us to let the water keep running for a while, we did so, after about nearly 30 mins wait, the hot water finally came, but same as the old room, it only lasted about 10-20mins and completely gone again. We talked to a few other customers that night and it seemed they all had the same issue. There was apparently a serious problem with their hot water system, I told the front desk lady all about this the other day when we checked out, she said the hotel had only been open for about 6 weeks, they were aware of this issue and are working on it. If they are aware of this issue and know it hasn't been fixed, why did they keep selling rooms after that? I booked my room just a couple of days ago. Tbh I don't even know how it possibly passed the quality control process before opening right before Thanksgiving when it's winter time/vacation time and hot water is absolutely mandatory. Besides this serious problem, the breakfast provided was also not good, the variety was very limited and the supply was also not prompt and sufficient. I'm very dissatisfied with this stay and won't pick this hotel or possibly any other hotels under Best Western again.

This is supposed to be a new hotel but fixtures are falling off walls, window shades broken, water pressures bad, hot water lasts for minutes. The owners of this place cut corners at every opportunity. The staff was nice though.
