Stopped for one night on an east coast road trip. Hotel had just been remodeled. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff attendant was very friendly and helpful. They serve breakfast, but we left before it opened.

We had a great time at this hotel! Picked up by hotel shuttle from Savannah Airport. Driver greeted us with smile and welcoming. Hotel staff was amazing! Every morning when we went downstairs to breakfast area, hotel staff greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was good (they had variety of hot and cold) Clean suite. Thank you for a great stay!

I had a great time at this hotel! The staff was amazing! Every morning for breakfast, they greeted you with a smile and seemed to be genuinely be concerned about how things were going. Even the front desk people were attentive. My wife, kids, and I stayed for 4 days and every day was pleasant! Can't lie, that 3.9 rating scared me but this place is at least a strong 4.6! AND breakfast was actually really good.💯

My room was not clean, vinyl floors had hard substances on them all over. Bathroom was poorly cleaned, some lines were stained. When we contacted front desk several times no actions were taken to come clean room or give us a different room. When we checked our assistant manger response to email was apologize we are short on staff. Manger would not come out from the backend office Be cautious staying at this hotel not a clean place and staff is not professional Look for another hotel Truly Yours Unhappy Customer

Hotel seemed clean. Staff were pleasant and told us everything we needed to know. One issue with the had was the room layout. The tv was on a stand that was half in the bedroom and the other half in the suite section of the room. Neither provided a decent view. Odd. The other issue was the temperature in the room. We were either freezing or hot. No adjustment to the thermostat seemed to find a good balance. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room. Sleeping well was not an option with the temperature in the room.
