I stayed with my friends for three days. The rooms were really nice. Good service from each and every staff and they were all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice too. Would stay at the same place again if chance persists.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Beautiful hotel. Very clean and tastefully furnished. We had a free room upgrade to a family suite. Location just a 5 min walk to the blue mosque, very central short walks to Most of attractions. Staff are exceptional , always smiling and respectful . They are very helpful if you have any queries or questions. Next time will bring the family

Good hotel in central Istanbul. The staff are amazing, particularly the woman who tends to the rooftop restaurant in the evening, she was so helpful with special requests. Location is really good, with all major sights within a 15 min walk. The only thing I would avoid is the Turkish restaurant directly opposite the hotel - that place is a proper ripoff. The rooms are decent. We had a connected set of rooms which was quite useful. The hotel currency is Euros, which is great for them given the Lira depreciation in recent years. This also makes them expensive relative to hotels priced in Liras. We did not use the minibar as a result, there is a corner shop on the same street a few feet away where you can get the minibar items for about 1/10th the price. Will stay again if I get the chance.

Please rethink if you are going to stay here. 1)I kindly informed the cleaning staff and reception not to enter my room for cleaning, yet they still accessed it while I was away. I had my important documents like passport, visa, and cash in my room. It's quite unsettling to have someone access your room without your presence, isn't it? 2) They provided towels and bedsheets of a lower quality, so it may not give you that premium feel, especially considering that they themselves claim it to be a 3 or 4 star hotel. 3) Breakfast: It's not great either. They're offering it for free, but it's not really good. I kindly suggest considering it carefully, as there was an instance when someone entered my room without my knowledge while I had put up the DND tag outside. It was not a pleasant or secure experience for me.

This trip was an early Birthday treat from my daughter. The room had vintage furniture decor The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good location to attractions, Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque etc. However you will have to settle for the room bath jacuzzi, if you are too late to use the Hamam Turkish bath, sauna and gym facilities, as the opening hours are very unsociable for visitors who are out and about during the day. The opening hours were 12-8pm. One time upon request they gave us 15 minutes additional. ! On a side note do not let the the reception order you a taxi, he said it would be a certain price and continually dissuaded us from ordering an Uber. However this led to a very nasty taxi trip to airport and we were scammed by the driver. Use Uber.!!
