I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Hanoi, the experience was nothing short of delightful. The hospitality offered here is truly exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. One of the standout moments was when they arranged a cab for us at a lower price than we expected for our trip to the airport, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The room, albeit small, was impeccably clean and surprisingly comforting. Despite the size, it felt cozy and well-maintained, making for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast served was not only delicious but offered a variety that catered to different tastes. Additionally, their thoughtful gesture of small Christmas gifts made the stay even more special and added a personal touch to the holiday season away from home. While the hotel is a bit farther from the old quarter, getting cabs was incredibly easy, and the convenience of transportation offset any distance concerns.

I am very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the overall condition of the facility. This hotel delivers tremendous value in terms of the size and quality of the room. I did not have the opportunity to try the food here because I had an early flight. But I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely book again. Thank you for the cute cookies!

Upon entering the room, I was immediately captivated by its beautiful decor. The stylish setting exuded an air of sophistication and set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. A special mention must go to Phuong on the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay special. He provided us with a wealth of knowledge on where to go, where to eat etc which meant we really enjoyed the best time during our short stay. He even sent us information on Ha Long after we left to ensure our next place was also memorable. If I ever visit Hanoi again I know where to stay and I would without a doubt always recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Hanoi.

Clean and pleasant rooms. Comfortable and spacious. Good value. It’s near a big park and the national convention centre. Walking to the convention centre to attend the conference was a breeze. The staffs were nothing short of amazing! They were very friendly, patient and helpful. The hospitality offered was outstanding, with special mention to Mr Hieu Nguyen! it is also a very child friendly hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.
