The location is great. It is walking distance to a lot of amenities. There's a gym nearby if you want a better gym to work out. We use the gym at the hotel and we are happy with it. The pool is also nice for doing laps. Breakfast is satisfying. The service is great. Friendly and courteous staff.

I stayed in Glow Pattaya for 4 nights. Our room was clean, neat and comfortable. The room was serviced everyday. They provided one water bottle per person everyday (know that drinking water is not free anywhere in Pattaya). They said they can lend an iron box for free if required. Hotel staff understand and talk in English. Most of the staff in the reception were rude even if you are too polite. They didn't keep water bottles in my room one day. When I asked them about it, they told me to buy it from outside even though they were supposed to keep two bottles in the room.

Not sure how the hotel earns its 3 stars. It would be more like 1 star. I walked into the room and there was nothing, not even tooth brush was provided. The second building had an incredibly strong perfume scent. For the price i guess it is what it is.

I'd perhaps not recommend a stay here. Positives: Perhaps the only good thing about the hotel is it's location. Being very near to the major centres of attraction. Also the in room dining provides you with some reasonable options, not overpriced, good to the palate. Negatives: Very poor staff behaviour and non cooperation. Rooms are not good enough. Because I was traveling with my family I upgraded my room to facilitate an early check in and the rooms we were given had its drainage clogged and the washroom water drained back to the room. Even after repeated intimation we were told that we may take back the money and find instead nearby locations. Rooms are very poorly lit. The worst part was a couple of reception staff asked for money during check out falsely claiming first that a glass was broken and upon coutercharging them when it did not stand and they failed to second their claim, they said no the payment is because the hand towel was a bit dirty. I don't know if I'd say this hilarious or ridiculous. Try and avoid this hotel, you'll find plenty other in the nearby location.

Trendy location. Good staff. We got there to check in and we were informed that our room is in a smaller building across the drive. We can access the pool and breakfast. But the pool and restaurant are back in the main building. It looks like GLOW acquired a small hotel next door and now uses it to put guests in. Also, I think they do a lot of promotions in India. At least with the tour companies that have this clientele. This seems to be their main source of business.
