Fast wifi and all appliances work. This is a decent location for the price. It's next to lots of restaurants and stores and a few hundred feet from the Politecnico of Milano School of Engineering. The restroom are nice I like the tile walls.

Just stayed there for 3 nights. I was apprehensive over the mixed reviews but to be fair to the hotel, the apartment was clean, well equipped with microwave, fridge etc and well maintained. It looks like the rooms have just been revamped. My colleagues and I stayed in the courtyard area - rooms 1 to 5. No complaints, great value and close to authentic neighbourhood life in the area.

Not a pleasant experience, it was too hot and humid, with no aircon, when we asked, we were given a fan which didn’t really help. One could think why not opening the windows, trust me you don’t want to do that, you will be eaten alive by mosquitoes.

We stayed at this place for four nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment is a bit shabby, but very clean and comfortable with all the supplies we needed. The staff is very polite, helpful, nice and there's always someone if you need something. There's also a nice yard to enjoy evening drinks and a free parking in front of the residence. The tram station is few minutes walking distance which makes visiting the city quite easy. I recommend this place if you're not looking for perfection although it's perfectly comfy and easy going.
